Definitions and Introduction

"bdpk" refers to the bdpk.lat website and all online gaming services operated under it. "Member" or "user" refers to the person who has legitimately created an account and is using the platform's services.

"Services" refers to all of bdpk's online casino games, sports betting, live casino, slots, and other entertainment gaming activities. "Account" refers to the member's registered profile through which they access the platform.

Account Registration and Security

Each member may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be terminated and all balances in them will be forfeited.

All information provided at registration — name, phone number, payment method — must be accurate and up to date. It is the member's responsibility to notify bdpk immediately if any information changes.

Account Security

• Keep your login password private and strong; do not share it with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• The member will be held responsible for any unauthorized transactions on the account unless they have promptly notified bdpk.

bdpk may temporarily lock any account if suspicious activity is detected. In such cases, the member must assist in verifying their identity and the legitimacy of transactions.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The currently accepted payment methods on bdpk are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions through any other method are not accepted.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (per method)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Standard Withdrawal Time: 15 minutes to 2 hours

Deposit requests are generally processed instantly. Withdrawal times may vary depending on the account verification level and the amount.

Members may only use a payment account registered in their own name. Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are strictly prohibited.

bdpk may request additional information or hold any unusual or suspicious transaction.

Bonuses and Promotions

bdpk offers a welcome bonus for new members: a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus amount.

Additional bonus terms:

• Each promotional offer has its own specific validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• If bdpk finds evidence of using the same bonus across multiple accounts or bonus abuse, bdpk may cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• bdpk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.

Gaming Rules

All games on bdpk are provided on an "as is" basis. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.

• Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) — each round is independent and fair.
• If a game round is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, bdpk will determine the result according to system records.
• Wagering requirement progress is tracked while playing with a bonus balance.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final, and in any dispute, the decision of bdpk's authority is binding.
• Results and statistics for sports betting are verified from reliable sources. Bets are not cancelled after results are announced.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdpk:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts;
• Registering with false, fake, or another person's identity;
• Abusing the bonus system — such as collecting multiple bonuses through fake accounts;

If a member is found to be involved in any of the above activities, bdpk reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all balances.
